Cancellation policy
At TIDEPOOL, we want your experience to be smooth, clear, and stress-free. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations work for one-time orders, pre-orders, and subscriptions.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order anytime before fulfillment has begun.
If your order has not yet entered processing, packing, or shipment, we will gladly accommodate your cancellation request.
Because our products are consumables and all sales are final once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled after they begin processing.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before pre-order fulfillment begins.
Once pre-orders enter the fulfillment stage, they are treated as standard orders and can no longer be canceled.
Subscription Cancellations & Modifications
Customers may cancel or modify a subscription anytime before the next renewal charge processes.
Once a renewal has been successfully charged and fulfillment has begun, that shipment cannot be canceled, but all future renewals may be updated or canceled at any time.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
Friendly but Firm Reminder
Once an order enters fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or refund it due to the nature of our product and our commitment to ensuring safe, uncompromised consumables.
