Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

  • Same-day processing is available for orders placed on weekdays before our daily cutoff time.

  • Orders placed after our cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • While we may ship on weekends, weekend shipment is not guaranteed.

All orders are fulfilled directly from our TIDEPOOL home facility.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • USPS is our standard carrier for most orders.

  • UPS may be used for larger or heavier orders at our discretion.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing, destination, and order size.

Most standard shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.


Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Some TIDEPOOL products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

  • Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise specified.

  • Production and logistics timelines may shift; we will notify you of any meaningful changes.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking number.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is transferred to USPS or UPS, TIDEPOOL is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, or lost shipments.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thetidepool.c with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will review the claim and help resolve it as quickly as possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
TIDEPOOL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, customers are responsible for reshipment costs.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the US only.

  • We cannot guarantee weekend shipments, though orders may occasionally ship on weekends.
