Refund policy

At TIDEPOOL, we’re committed to delivering premium, high-quality recovery supplements. Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we offer limited support for issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


1. All Sales Final

All purchases made through TIDEPOOL are final and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes orders placed in error, flavor preference issues, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.

For safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of any consumable items - opened or unopened.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly review the issue.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thetidepool.co (or via our website inbox chat) with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered or is in transit with the carrier, TIDEPOOL is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

However, we understand these situations are frustrating. While not guaranteed, we may offer assistance quietly on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue, please reach out - we're here to help where we reasonably can.


4. Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations are not permitted once placed. Pre-orders cannot be refunded or modified prior to shipment. All pre-order purchases are considered final.


5. Refund Review Timeline

If your issue qualifies for a refund or replacement:

  • Our team typically reviews submissions within 1–2 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Your bank or payment provider may take 3–7 business days to post the refund


6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns of consumable goods - regardless of whether the product is opened or sealed.
