Our Story
TIDEPOOL began from one of the most unassuming conversations between my co-founder, Cam, and I. We joked about how we live in a world of self-driving cars, AI assistants, and instant global travel, yet somehow a bad night’s sleep or one too many drinks still sets us back for days.
That small moment sparked a big realization: recovery hasn’t evolved with the rest of wellness. We dedicated ourselves to becoming the authors of a real solution. One built on science, not shortcuts. After months of research, we discovered what was missing in traditional recovery formulas: they focused on hydration alone, ignoring liver detox, cellular restoration, and mental clarity.
So we created TIDEPOOL, a functional recovery drink mix designed to help your body detox, rehydrate, and restore balance from within. Every ingredient serves a purpose.
